Back To The Mountains ------ Tomorrow, Yeah!

Mountain Day Trip

1. Well, it's peak fall leaf color in the ole NC Mountains ( 10/16/10 ).  Hope to get some great Smoky Mtn. Fall pictures -- first time with my new digital camera..... a new hobby.
2. Hope to visit the hat store, Black Bear Books, The Blowing Rock and Moses Cone Mansion.
3. Canyons, maybe a new restaurant, if there aren't too many tourists.

House Raising Project:

1. Took pictures of the old homeplace and surrounding area --- will start raising the structures by end of October.
2. Even though this is a 125 year old house, it needs to come down for safety purposes.
3. All nice trees/shrubs will be preserved and grounds will be seeded...........
