Review : Bootleggers Daughter by Margaret Maron

I just finished Bootleggers Daughter and found it to be a very good cozy mystery!! I thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the book; characterizations of people, places and culture. I read Margaret Maron's bio on her website and discovered that we had a similar upbringing in North Carolina. I also grew up on a two mule tobacco farm ( mine was in the piedmont triad area ). Thus, I have rediscovered fond memories in reading the bootleggers daughter.

Can't wait to start the next book ( Southern Discomfort ) in the Deborah Knott Mystery series. I just love mysteries in the same vein as Agatha  and her cozies.
